We supply calibrated thermocouples and RTDs for process measurement and control, in standard types, colour codes and lengths. Rigid and flexible versions are available with metal or ceramic sheaths, as well as seamless mineral-insulated metal-sheathed types.

| J type | General purpose. Not for moist atmospheres. Use a protection tube for longer life. |

| K type | Most common, good in oxidizing atmospheres, nickel based, widest range. Use a protection tube in reducing atmospheres. |
| R type | Noble metal. Easily contaminated, so use a gas-tight ceramic tube with an outer tube. |
| B type | For oxidizing and inert atmospheres. Not for use in metal tubes. |
| N type | Nickel based, strong output at high temperature, better oxidation resistance than K, longer life with sulphur present. |
| PT-100 RTD | Accurate and linear. Typical range −250 to 500 °C. |
