Our standard pusher furnace runs up to 1800 °C, and higher temperatures are designed to suit the process. Trays or baskets are pushed through preheat, heating and cooling zones, usually under protective gas. Single or multi-row layouts and quench options are available.
They are ideal for large volumes of limited variety, covering carburizing through to nitriding, preheating, washing, tempering and cooling. Each is made to your parts, process and floor space, electric or gas-fired, with automatic control and data logging.
