For constant, high-volume low-temperature work, this furnace carries parts through several controlled zones on a mesh belt, flat belt, pusher or heavy chain. Each zone has its own set point, and heat comes from electric elements or from gas or oil, circulated by blowers.
Balanced circulation fans keep temperature even with low noise and vibration. Safety features include torque limiters, limit switches, proximity sensors, audible and visual alarms and automatic pneumatic chain tensioners. We also build the feeding systems: bucket or elevator conveyors and vibratory feeders, linked to PLC or SCADA control.
