Our sealed quench line combines preheating and tempering furnaces, a washing machine, a stationary table, hydraulic lifts and automatic charge transfer. It is built for case hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding and similar processes on gears, shafts, bearings, fasteners, tools, castings and forgings.
Walls and hearth are brick-lined for low heat loss. Pneumatic doors lock with wedges at the front, and horizontal cylinders seal the rear door. An enclosed chain drive in anti-carburizing alloy moves the charge from heating to quench, and a hydro-pneumatic quench elevator gives smooth movement. Operation is fully automatic under PLC control.
