The bogie hearth furnace is offering the heating treatment of the large and heavy components. The bogie hearth is movable and in-out operation helps for the easy loading and unloading of components to the furnace.

The bogie hearth furnace is chamber flexibility is worth emphasizing (i.e., the ability to quick and efficient adaption to the type of study). It will come with the heavy duty electro-mechanical mechanism for the bogie movement with heavy loads. According to the production requirement the furnace will come with the Single or Double door and Single or double bogie hearth. These installations are also very convenient to integrate in production and / or machining lines.

The bogie furnace can be used as an atmosphere and controlled atmosphere as per the application and requirement. The furnace will start from the operating temperature from 100°C to 1400°C, according to the process requirement. This furnace is commonly used for the Sintering, Hardening, annealing, Tempering, Stress relieving and Normalising.

According to the customer reliability and requirement the furnace Heating will be provided through Resistant heating elements, Gas fired or oil-fired burners. The furnace will come with the High temperature resistant sealings to avoiding the heating leakage.

The control system is provided with options to set and control the ramping rate, soaking rate and cooling rate depending on the process cycle, the option of PLC-based control is also available.
